Embroidery is the process of decorating garments or other fabrics with designs stitched using thread. This process is the most commonly used, professional-looking format for embellishing jackets, sport shirts and sweatshirts and for monogramming gifts. Custom designs can be made into an embroidery pattern by a process called digitizing. Or check out our huge selection of stock designs and fonts.

With over 20,000 stock designs to choose from including sports, wildlife, dogs, cats, machinery, religious and more, Write On can set up a high-quality design for you. We can also incorporate a stock lettering style to any design, which will finish the decorated look for your favorite items.

The average price for sewing small designs 4" x 4" or smaller is approx. $8.00 - $18.00, plus a one-time setup fee.

The average price for sewing large designs up to 13"x 10" is approx. $25.00 - $75.00, plus a one-time setup fee.

Already have a logo? Designs you provide will generally require “digitizing” in order to create the embroidery pattern. You’ll be able to choose the colors and the location of the design. Digitizing prices range from $40.00 - $500.00 depending on the amount of detail and size of the design. After the design is digitized, we keep the embroidery file here at our store for use on future orders, so you never have another set-up fee.

Stitching price is then based on the stitch count, number of design colors, and the quantity of items embroidered.

(If you’ve had embroidery done with another company, they should be able to provide you with the digitized design, and in this case, there would be no set up charge.)

Script (cursive), block (print) and decorative stock font styles are available for any occasion or business. Personalize towels with a monogram, baby blankets with the child’s name and date of birth, or any garment with your name. If we can sew on it, we can personalize it! Prices for personalization start at $5.00.

Patches can be made into any size, shape, or color depending on the design. Patches can easily be sewn onto any item of clothing.

Patches are great if you do not want your design sewn directly onto your shirt, jacket or other item. Pricing will vary depending on size, stitch count, and quantity of each patch.
